Terms & Conditions

1. Period

1.1 The Promotion period begins at 12:01 a.m. CT on July 25, 2022 and closes at 11:59 p.m. CT on September 15, 2022 (“Promotion Period”). The study credit promotion will run between 12:01 a.m. CT on July 25, 2022 to 11:59 p.m. CT on October 17, 2022.

2. How to Enter

2.1 To enter the $10,000 tuition credit giveaway sweepstakes, individuals must fill in the entry form as instructed within the promotion period.

2.2. To enter to win the individual sweepstake prizes, the individual must then head over to our Instagram and/or Facebook pages. By completing the following, the individual will be entered into the sweepstake for the prize listed in the post and only that post; however, individuals are free to enter to win more than one giveaway.

2.3 All entries become the property of Robertson. Robertson is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address, and/or telephone number of entrants. The completion of this form also consents to communication from Robertson.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The $10K tuition giveaway is open to residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who are Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents of Canada. Employees of Robertson are not eligible to enter the Promotion. Individuals must not be enrolled or attending classes at Robertson. The $10,000 tuition credit cannot be applied to existing contracts or financial plans with Robertson.

The sweepstakes are open to residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who are Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents of Canada. Employees of Robertson are not eligible to enter the Promotion. Prizes will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within eligible locations.

4. The Study Credit

4.1  Individuals who apply to an eligible Robertson diploma program during the promotion period are automatically entered to receive a $1,500 study credit.

Not eligible: Administrative Office Assistant, Health Care Aide Challenge, Health Care Aide, Computer Support Technician, Pharmacy Assistant and Recreational Program Leader program. Certificate programs and micro-courses are not eligible for Promotion.

4.2 Individuals must finalize their enrolment and sign their contract within the promotion period and start their program before December 31, 2022.

4.3 The $1,500 study credit may not be combined with the $10,000 giveaway.

4.4 The $1,500 study credit cannot be applied to those who are already enrolled, have started their programs or have existing and current contracts. The study credit is not to be combined with any other program discounts or credits.

5. Sweepstakes Prizes

5.1 Only one prize per person and per household. Gift cards, gift certificates, subscriptions and memberships are subject to the terms and conditions specific to the prize. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by the winner. We reserve the right and discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these official rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated value, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Robertson makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety, or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Robertson will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. Prizes will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within eligible locations. All federal, provincial and local taxes, fees and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.

6. General Rules

6.1 The (2) $10,000 tuition credit winners will be announced within 30 days of the end of the period and receive the tuition credit within 30 days of announcement.

6.2 By participating in the Promotion, each individual agrees to: (a) be bound by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of Robertson; and (b) release and hold harmless Robertson, and its Board of Governors, officers, employees, partner agencies and agents from and against any and all liabilities, losses, claims, demands, costs and expenses (including lawyer’s fees and litigation expenses on a solicitor and own client basis) whatsoever to which any of them may become subject arising from any actions or omissions by the entrant, including, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any claims arising from any alleged infringement or violation of any copyright, trade-mark, proprietary title or other intellectual property rights.

6.3 The decisions of Robertson in relation to this Promotion will be final and binding on all entrants.

6.4 Robertson reserves the right to cancel, terminate, extend or suspend this Promotion, at its sole discretion, at any time without prior notice.

6.5 Each Promotion claim is subject to verification by Robertson and/or its designated representatives. Entries made with multiple addresses, under multiple identities, or through the use of any device or artifice to enter multiple times or entries that are in excess of the permitted number of entries during the Promotion period are automatically void. All entries obtained through unauthorized sources or which are incomplete, illegible, mutilated, altered, reproduced, forged, irregular or fraudulent in any way or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Contest Rules are automatically void.

6.5 Robertson reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Official Promotion Terms and Conditions, or to be acting in an unfair or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.

6.6 The personal information provided to enter the Promotion is collected pursuant to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and will be used by Robertson for the administration of the Promotion and related purposes. Personal information will only be accessible by authorized Robertson employees and representatives, or as otherwise permitted by law. Robertson will not disclose personal information to an outside third party unless permitted by law.

6.7 By entering, individuals provide consent to receive future communications from Robertson for recruitment, informational and promotional purposes. 6.8 The Promotion is governed by all applicable laws of the province of Manitoba, the laws of Canada, as well as these rules.
